Set up a Direct Debit and spread your repayments.

If you already owe money and you pay on receipt of your energy bill, you can log in, set up a payment plan and pay by fixed Direct Debit and spread the cost of your energy and your balance over 12 months.

If you currently have a credit balance, you can reduce your Direct Debit payments by up to 10% online. If you currently have a debit balance, you won't be able to reduce your Direct Debit payments online and will need to give us a call.

When it seemed to me that I would not be able to pay off my debt and there was no hope for help. Suddenly I spoke to wonderful people who told me that I should not worry, there is a solution for me. Firstly I'd like to start by thanking E.on for the kindness and generosity they've shown me as well as the understanding of the situation I'm in. In 2021 I fell behind on many priority bill as I had an ms relapse and had to be in hospital. E.on still continued to supply my home although I'd made zero payments towards the owed balance and the current usage. This unfortunately went on for years as it got too high for me to even make a considerable dent and honestly I gave up. I was contacted by e.on in 2024 to try and find a resolution to this as the ammout owe was now over £2000. Not only was a resolution offered, they completly wiped the debt, then added £250 credit to my account. I'm not sure E.on realise how much of a difference that made to my physical and mental health. This was something I was genuinely worried about and rather than capitalise on that fact instead they showed care and compassion and offered me a way out. Before this I'd even asked family for a loan and they declined me! But E.on didn't and for that I'm truly grateful and that's why I'll always remain a customer. Thankyou!

My recent experience with Eon Next has been amazing. I suffer severe anxiety due to a brain tumour and my bill had increased a lot so I messaged to get some help. Everyone I spoke to were so lovely. Ashley was one of them and she helped me so much. I was having a melt down because of a paylink budget form i had to fill in and Ashley helped me through the whole ordeal she was so patient with me and eventually I did do it but I wouldn't of had if it weren't for Ashley,Liam and their colleagues. Thank you so so much and Ashley you should be so proud of yourself, you all should.
